Basic Maintenance
Health Assessment - Free with all Services
Measurements taken, plus checks for the nut, bridge, frets & electronics. Comes with "Service Sheet" and recommendations for future services.
Re-string & Basic Clean - From £35
A fresh set of strings of your choosing, plus a clean-up & fret polish.
Basic Setup - From £70 (Includes re-string & basic clean)
String action, neck relief, intonation, pickup height, fretboard oiled (unfinished fretboards) & frets polished.
Learner's Setup - From £40 (Includes re-string & basic clean)
Your first guitar doesn't have to play poorly. Give your budget guitar a spruce-up for a reduced price.
Deep Clean - From £50
Thorough fretboard cleaning and conditioning, highest grade fret polishing, extensive body and hardware cleaning, and rust removal where possible.
Frets, Nuts & Saddles
Nut / Acoustic Saddle Replacement - From £60
Nut / Saddle included in price.
Replace the nut or saddle on your guitar, custom cut to ensure a proper fit.
Fret Dress - From £140 (Includes basic setup)
Frets are levelled, crowned & polished.
Re-fret - From £300 (Includes fret dress & basic setup)
Fretwire included.
All frets are removed, and new frets are measured, cut, installed, levelled, dressed and polished.
Partial Re-fret - From £170 (Includes fret dress & basic setup)
Fretwire included.
In most cases it's more sensible to replace all of the frets at the same time, but in rare cases, such as the frets being mostly new, with only a few damaged frets, a partial refret is the better option.
Electronics, Pickups & Misc.
Pickup Swaps - From £50 for 1 pickup
Old pickups are removed and new pickups are installed and height adjusted, with recommendations on request.
Rewire - £50 per hour, minimum 1 hour
Total rewire to your needs and specifications. Includes wiring diagram.
Miscellaneous - £50 per hour, minimum 1 hour
Anything else, including part replacement, repairs, or installations.

We'll examine everything you love and dislike about your instrument. The look, the functionality, the comfort, and of course the sound, and suggest suitable remedies and alternatives. Make your instrument truly yours.
